Mass Personal Injury Lawyer Fees and Payment Policies:

When we first meet, I'll be completely upfront about the costs and fees involved in retaining my services. You may be surprised to know that as an accident injury client, you won't owe me any up front flat fee or hourly fee. My fee will be an agreed-upon percentage of what I can recover in your settlement, plus any additional actual costs, which is rare. The important thing for you to understand is that if you don't get a recovery, you don't owe me a thing.

The initial meeting & consultation with me is also absolutely free. There really is no risk on your part at any time. In our meeting, you'll learn exactly what your rights and options are. After we've talked over your case, if you're not convinced that I will be able to protect you and fight for you against the insurance companies to your complete satisfaction, then you can simply decide not to hire me. Our business will conclude right then and there, and you'll owe me nothing. And you'll have gained some insight into your legal options either way. So I urge you to meet with me, in either my Boston or Brockton personal injury law office, and tell me about your case.

I've had people tell me that they were considering trying to get a judgment without a lawyer, and walk in representing themselves. They think if they don't have to give their lawyer a cut, they will end up with a bigger settlement.

Unfortunately, this is rarely true, and extremely risky. For one think, if you don't negotiate Massachusetts injury claims all the time, you'll have no idea a fair settlement is, or what the high end of the insurance companies payouts on a good case might be. And believe me, the insurance companies can be brutal, and they don't care about much besides their bottom line.  Their lawyers are dedicated to getting rid of you as cheaply as possible. Without a lawyer on your side, you won't have any leverage at all, and they'll eat you alive, or offer you pennies on the dollar for what your case is actually worth.

Remember, since I'm working for a percentage of the settlement, it's in both of our interests to get you as big a settlement agreement as possible. And I'll be the one handling all the medical bills and paperwork. All you will have to do is worry about your own health concerns. How much is that peace of mind worth to you?

You can discover for yourself how I can help protect you from mounting medical bills, job loss financial hardships, and more freedom by calling me at 617-523-5010 now, or contact me via this form.
